About Instructor

Raised in Cayman and I have always enjoyed music and dancing (especially carnival).  After finding Ryde and becoming completely obsessed I was on the bike teaching shortly after and couldn’t think of a better place.  Recently became a mom to my son Noah, whom I adore. Through turning up the resistance and dancing it out, I like to encourage my riders to trust themselves and to step out of their comfortable zones while enjoying every single moment of being in the studio.
